Our quality checks and quality assurance programme includes:

  • Regular Quality Audits are undertaken as part of our Quality Assurance Programme.
  • Our Customer Services Managers work with our clients to create a tailored programme to best suit individual site requirements.
  • Having a dedicated Senior Supervisor or Manager responsible for your sites ensures our quality service standards are consistantly maintained.
  • We only use equipment that is suitable for the task and ensure all equipment is regularly serviced according to H&S requirements.
  • Our clients are always welcome to be involved and be on site during the audit and reporting can be provided as may be required.
