Kleenrite was founded by John and Robyn Garlick in 1993 as a specialist CBD cleaning organisation. Our reputation quickly grew and customers were seeking additional commercial cleaning service options. The Kleenrite group also includes Kleenrite (Auckland) established in 2013, Orbit Cleaning  and ToTal Maintenance Solutions.

2023 sees us celebrating our 30th Anniversary.

All Kleenrite group companies remain 100% NZ owned and operated and have been systemically upgraded with modern infrastructure such as cloud based computing platforms, eco friendly chemicals and cutting edge cleaning technologies.

  • We have a Senior Supervisor or Manager assigned to every client to ensure quality standards are achieved and maintained.
  • We use certified environmentally friendly cleaning products and consciously adopt a ‘green cleaning’ approach where practical.
  • We utilise ‘low noise’ cleaning equipment for sites requiring daytime cleaning.
  • We implement robust Health and Safety practices on all work sites.

Our People & Our Team

  • We employ a large team of cleaners, ensuring all sites are quickly and efficiently serviced at the frequency and on terms requested.
  • We employ senior managers with extensive management experience within the cleaning industry.
  • We provide quality staff. This includes undertaking regular and ongoing staff training and induction programmes. Furthermore, all staff on site can be easily identified through the wearing of our uniform.
  • At Kleenrite all staff are fully screened with NZ police security checks at time of their recruitment and repeated two yearly.
  • We provide a manned ‘Help Desk’ for clients to phone in and discuss their requirements, issues, special requests. This is further supported by our online job tracking system.
